Exercise 2: Sit down on the floor in the legs-folded position. Keep the spine straight. Place the hands on the sides. Look to the front. Move your head to the right as far as is comfortably possible for you. Do not move your shoulders while moving the head. You would feel stretch in the left side of your neck. Stay in the suggested posture for about 5 seconds. Bring the head back to the central position in a controlled manner. Wait a second, and then move the head to the left side slowly. You would feel the right side of your neck to be stretched. Hold this posture for 5 seconds. Return to the original position with head at the center. This completes one count of this neck wrinkle-lift exercise. Perform this exercise to a count of 10.
