About six inches per year. Your hair will grow as fast as it possibly can if you take good care of yourself. So get plenty of sleep, exercise regularly and eat properly. Lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein and lots of water. Don’t forget to get it trimmed at least once every two months to get rid of split ends.
